Pearls of Africa Special Needs Centres (PASNEC) was registered with the NGO Board of Uganda on 23 February 2012. We are a Ugandan registered Trust number T.37822.
Our vision is to give quality of life, love and acceptance to people with special needs in a holistic manner. We do this by providing high quality, sustainable health, educational and vocational services that show the love of God through Jesus Christ.
Our goal is that each child should develop as much as possible physically, spiritually, emotionally and mentally.
Our objectives are:
- To provide an assessment service for all disabled children/adults and to offer help and guidance;
- To establish and maintain educational facilities for people with special needs;
- To create opportunities for self-reliance for special needs children and adults;
- To establish income generating and vocational activities for the long term support of people with special needs.
